*Presenting authors that are employed by a commercial entity are considered industry posters. In addition, presenting authors that are affiliated with a commercial entity and are submitting a poster about a brand specific drug on behalf of the entity should be submitted as an industry poster. **Previous Travel Awardees are not eligible to apply.
The 2019 APSARD Annual Meeting will be held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park in Washington D.C. from January 18-20, 2019.
Reception is included in main registration fee for all attendees. This is an additional ticket for a social guest only.
*Membership Categories: Regular/Full Members: Regular members shall consist of individuals who are licensed professionals in a health-related field (e.g., physicians, psychologists, pharmacists, advanced-practice nurses, social workers¸ physician assistants) whose clinical work and/or research is focused on ADHD, or individuals from other disciplines who have made a significant contribution to ADHD research or clinical practice as determined by a majority vote of the Board of Directors ($120 membership dues).
Associate Members: Associate members shall consist of those non-medical licensed individuals and entities that have an interest in the field of ADHD or are in a related field (e.g., educators, coaches). Associate Members must work with individuals who have ADHD, but do not need to have ADHD as the primary or sole focus of their work ($100 membership dues).
Resident/Fellow/Medical Student Members: Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students must be currently enrolled in school or a training program. Residents/Fellows/Students must provide a current student ID or letter from their training director to verify their registration status ($60 membership dues).
Cancellation Policy: Meeting registration fees will be refunded (less $50 processing fee) if the Executive Office receives written notice to info@APSARD.org by December 20, 2018. After December 20, 2018 no refunds will be issued.
